“I was able to use a lot of the skills I learned in college coursework during the summer.”
“I was able to work independently, have my own divisions, and get bids from contractors.”

When it comes to our internship program, Tippmann Construction has a very clear mindset: Train, Retain, and Hire.
Our interns are trained and exposed to so much over the summer that we feel the loss when they go back to school each fall.
We train for a career in the real world…our world. The choice is always yours, should you choose to accept a returning internship offer,
but we truly encourage it. Year after year, you gain more confidence. By graduation, you may have a full-time offer and up to 4 years
of experience with us! That’s real strong.
