As
an anchor tenant at Interstate Warehousing
in Cincinnati, Pierre Frozen Foods knew first-hand
what it was like to work with a Tippmann Group
company on a daily basis. Pierre, a high quality
food processor specializing in meat products
and pre-cooked sandwiches, found itself in
a period of growth, and they decided to add
another line of product.
When Pierre made that decision, they called
on their deep relationship with Interstate
Warehousing/Tippmann Group and asked Tippmann
to design and build an addition to their existing
manufacturing plant in Cincinnati. The 25,000
square foot expansion utilized Tippmann’s
Fast-Track construction plan and includes
two production lines, a processing area and
an engine room.
Gary Sluss, Director of Engineering at Pierre,
said “we knew of Tippmann Group’s
experience and expertise constructing cold
storage facilities, and we have been very
pleased to see those same characteristics
applied to the construction of our food process
building. We are convinced very few others
could have met our construction timetable
and remained as cost effective as Tippmann.”
